About Yankee Beef


We are a multi-generational family farm located in North Java, NY. We are Joe & Erica Siler, and we specialize in farm fresh top quality freezer beef. We also raise hogs at the request of our beef customers. In the winter we maintain a 10,000 tap sugar bush and produce 100% pure maple syrup, which we ship all over the US. All prices include delivery to local non-USDA processing plant; buyer responsible for pick up from butcher.
